This is the first time I was seeking a professional help, and I found it pleasantly comfortable talking to Dr Shruti. Till date, I have spoken to her across several sessions in her homely setup and a friendly environment which makes it very easy to talk.

She is friendly, approachable, very good listener and also a great reader of the situation. She provides very relevant unbiased points to introspect and improve, which gave me strength to face the situation, understand the perspective of the other side and also an opportunity to self reflect.

My experience with Dr. Chaubey for marriage counseling has been incredibly positive. She created a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for me and my partner which encouraged open communication. What truly stood out for us was Dr. Chaubey's ability to create a safe space for us to explore sensitive issues. Her empathy and compassion were truly comforting. I had around 6 - 7 sessions. She was friendly and the entire session progressed in a manner comfortable for me. She listened to my queries, doubts and issues completely in the first session. From the next session onwards, she started addressing my self doubts and overthinking issue. She made sure that I am stepping out of any session with a better clarity about the things I had doubt and reassured about my qualities and characters to myself. Wouldn't say it was dark, but it was certainly a strange time in my life. New job, new city, new people, moreover, newer surroundings.

I have been consulting Shruti for last 3 weeks and she has been of immense help in decluttering my mind. She makes discussions very easy and smooth.
